Specifies whether a web service is published. You publish a web service to make it available to service requests over the network. When you publish a web service, it immediately becomes available to authenticated users.

When a Microsoft Dynamics NAV web service is published, authorized users can access metadata for web services, but only users who have sufficient Microsoft Dynamics NAV permissions can access actual data.
